That being said, Is there ANYWHERE in the New Testament texts (Paul's Letters/etc) where a Practical Method of identifying and eliminating flaws (Pride/lust/Lying/etc) SUBJECTIVELY exists?
I recall passages about church members identifying flaws in others and confronting others but I've seen this go horribly wrong in the churches today and the same problems persist. (I might even add that I have seen a lot of fear and aversion/etc(?) leading to a form of White Nationalism in the church community in the United States)
Ugh! I've lost a lot of good christian friends to the problems listed above and just cannot find a segway to introducing Eastern religious practices to dear friends in the volunteer community as I still struggle feeling "hypocritical"...
