Is it unethical and maybe have karmic consequences to send people healing without them specifically asking for it?

I use the elemental of the Aloe plant to give healing to me and my family but also to other people who I hear about who are suffering. I always state, only do this healing if it is in alignment with divine will and the law of karma. But, I seen on a Shamanic facebook page where a question similar was brought up and someone stated that sending healing without the person specifically asking for it is highly unethical.

What are your opinions on this?

Thanks

Divinity is the one who performs magic and healing in accordance with the law. We are just the instrument who can ask in the manner you referenced.
