Could someone explain the 248 precepts as mentioned in the Book Tarot and Kabalah in Chapter 76 - 'Number Seven' ?

Actually, I've just noticed the Number Eight in the same book - Chapter 77 mentions 365 precepts. Could someone elaborate on this as well?
