Are there any preferred ways to detect astral parasites?
Do they appear during meditation?

The easiest way is by observing oneself.

They can also appear in meditation or dreams.

Thanks do they manifest a certain hue or outline of light? Actually haven't experienced them strange bugs during meditation for a couple weeks. The burning of incense seems to have helped tremendously thanks again Glorian!

Perhaps. There are an infinitude of astral phenomena. Glad that the incenses are helping you!

Would these astral parasites have a negative or energy drain I assume? Better yet what can one do to communicate with "entities" that bring blissful light to one during meditation and beyond? This is so new to me... appreciate you all thanks.
