The lectures on Gnostic Christmas are wonderful, thank you so much for those!

I was wondering if any of the lectures discuss Hanukkah. I have done limited research on it and have gotten a few brief introductions. However, I appreciate the depth that the Gnostic Instructors cover subjects such as these.

The menorah [Menorah] מנורה, that is, the מיני-אור-רה - the sexual creative light of RA - within our sexual seed is indeed the foundation (Yesod) of life by means of which we regained control of the light of Judah – Leo – the Solar Light. The menorah constituted by nine candles represents the man made into the image of God, אָדָם Adam, whose letters Kabbalistically add up to 9.

The initiations of fire indicate the creation of the temple of God, yet the initiations of light constitute the purification and enlightenment of the human being. When lighting the menorah, one does so through the ninth or middle candle, signifying the sexual force through which God carries his light to the other bodies, represented by the eight candles or Eight Venustic Intiations.

Olive oil corresponds to the sexual fluids of Yesod (foundation). Olive oil is the foundation of the Eight Venustic Initiations. The star of eight points relate to the eight initiations of light "Christ," which relate to the second temple or second mountain in which one needs to annihilate the whole totality of our ego; that is, to destroy all of the idols that one carries within the psyche.

"And Elohim said, let there be light and there was light."

In him [אֵל שַׁדָּי El-Shaddai - Yesod] is life [חַיִּ]; and the life is theאור light of men. And theאור light shines in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not... In the אור light is the truth, which enlightens every man that comes into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. - John 1: 4, 5, 10, 11

The Light-Power, which resembles the primogenial Light, guides the devotee. Nevertheless, the important thing is the Light of the lights.

The Light of the lights, the Truth of the truth, the Concealed of the concealed, helps the Initiate full of Pistis Sophia.
Pistis Sophia is forgiven in the ninth repentance.
It is necessary to receive and posteriorly to attain the qualification of the eight Initiations [of the light].

The Ninth Hour comes, after having passed through the eight great qualifications which correspond to the eight Initiations [of the light].
The secret number is known in the Ninth Hour. The Initiate then enters the Archangelic group to which he belongs.
Now we explain why Pistis Sophia is forgiven in the Ninth Hour. – Samael Aun Weor

Each one of the eight initiations must be qualified before achieving the authentic Resurrection......
Perfection in mastery only occurs with the esoteric, transcendental Resurrection...
The complete manifestation of the Monad within the Resurrected Master grants extraordinary magical powers... – Samael Aun Weor

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten [Light] of the Father [of all lights], full of grace and truth. - John 1: 14

Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book,
and to loose the seven seals thereof. - Revelation 5: 5
