I hear talking about that our ego elements has to be destroyed or killed to reach higher levels towards our inner self.
I was thinking about this and this seems almost an impossible task even though i think i understand why this has to be done.
Is it also a way to have compassion towards our ego in all it aspects rather than thinking or belive we have to kill those elements in our self. Is not compassion towards all sentient beings even though is is bad or not good at all also a way of seeing them so that these energis can transform with love and compassion?
So when you understand that these elements has to be taken care of it seems to me that a more loving and or compassion towards these forces is also a way?
I may be way of but this is what is on my mind.
