Dear Instructors,
Do you have any suggestions on an effective mantra to be used during CONCENTRATION exercises on meditation (e.g. practicing with a candle). I am asking this because I lose concentration a lot. Sometimes I get a flitting image and I will be left in the dark.
Always thankful for you feedback.
Peace!

Sure, any mantra will work for this.
More effective, however, is to learn to concentrate your attention throughout the day. If you cannot concentrate during meditation practice, it is because your attention is scattered for the rest of the day.
