One of the more active instructors on this site, in one of my favorite lectures entitled "defense for spiritual warfare part one, once mentioned that a fallen initiate is worser than an active demon, I tried comprehending this statement, but couldn't, how can this be, I mean the demon is harming others, the initiate only betrays the God's and his Buddha, therefore wouldn't it be more logical that the demon is worser than the fallen Initiate, any clarification would be appreciated

Wow. Thank you so much. This is me right now. I guess that’s why it’s called falling for a girl! It’s sad how we are given infinite patience and forgiveness and because of that we think we can fall temporarily and then act right later. I barely see how love can make us fall. For some reason I think this question relates to me. As always…much appreciated.
