Hello Friends,
A few years ago, I started placing water in a glass mug and let the Sun soak into it, then drink it as an energy drink. The results were marvelous. However, I (probably) learned this from the same online source as I learned 'Sun-Gazing,' which has damaged my eyes. So is there any danger in drinking water that has been sitting outside, covered to keep insects away of course, so as to generate some energy?
If you could advise me on this, I and everyone that I and the Sun-Water come into contact with would appreciate it.

I have not made it a practice to consume water exposed to the sun, therefore I cannot comment.
However, we work with the sun of our waters through runes, sacred rites of rejuvenation, sexual alchemy, and mantras. This provides the best energy along with a healthy diet and clean water.
