Hi. Im new here. I will make it short and quick. I have become aware, more conscious and aware from moment to moment. I do alot pranayama transmutation with meditation and prayer.

So at one time, this one time I have astral travel “accidentally” and went to heaven. I believe Im in different dimension and I was in awe of the world that I travel (astral). Was very conscious in that world and I saw my 2 late grandpa and they look very young. I was blown away seeing them again and the world Im in was crystal clear like diamond and I can explain it with words. I was shock, surprised, amazed. Seriously, by that overwhelm awe feelings cause me to go back into my body.

So my point is, how do you astral travel consciously? How do you consciously leave the body? I keep on trying and trying again but I only vibrate on the head and body part and the I woke up. Its the same as that “accidentally” astral travel.

Do I need to harness that “energy” much more through pranayama? Until its “cups runs over” as in the brain are strengthen through transmutation of that “Divine Fire” until its overflow? I hope you understand what Im trying to say here.

And another questions is.. I was skeptic, in doubt about astral travel. Many says its dangerous, and demon can take you away, and enter your life. Until.. I accidentally step out of my body and went to “heaven” so my Grandfathers. I was sooo happy in that dimension. Its I was “meant” to astral travel. Gosh.

Help is needed. I hope any instructor understand and can help. Thank you.
