I wish to try recipes for better eye sight from this book.
First one involves cashew fruit, for which i don't know where i could get one, but i still want to be clear how to make this remedy just in case i do.
It says the cashew fruit needs to be squeezed in a glass container and than you add one gram of boric acid to this substance and wait 1 month until it is ready for use.
-Do i get the powdered pure BH3O3 acid in the drug or chemical store and is this 1g quantity meant for 1 single cashew fruit? Also by squeezing the fruit does that mean i can put it in a juicer? The rest i understand.
Second recipe involves sunflower which i can get easily, but i'm not clear about it's usage.
- What exactly is meant by "distilling the leaves" ?
- For the actually usage i presume one needs to spray the cloths with the distilled sunflower water and put them on the eyes as a compress for a reasonable amount of time?

Cashew fruit would be hard to come by unless you live near a cashew tree. A juicer should be sufficient.
