Dear Instructors,

What are the most efficient and fastest way(excercise) to awaken the Conciousness ?
Could you provide me with links to the articles?

What is the number 1 important thing a student should do?
I understand so far that the Holy Spirit that builds in Yesod is the fuel and basis to light the lamp.

What other way(s) light up the lamp as fast as possible?

Gnostics should practice meditation at least four or six hours daily, practicing in the morning, in the afternoon, and almost all night, until dawn. This should become our habit during our entire life. Thus, if they proceed that way, they will live a profound life and will Self-realize themselves.

If you are focused on your defects in your physical life, then you will also be so in your astral life. If you are not focused in that way in your astral life, it reveals what your physical focus is like.

In other words, in your physical life, focus on your defects, and subsequently you will do so astrally as well.

Thank you Alexis.

I too fall for the illusions too often when awakening in the astral plane. I end up in some odd scenario that plays it self out. I have no clue how to reach the state where I can examine my defects.

What can a student best do ones he enters the astral plane consciously to reach the ''place'' or state where he can do the inner work?

It's difficult to navigate in the astral plane with no plan ones you're there.

I will put the shared mantra into daily practice.

By "meditation" is meant the conscious process of acquiring information about reality.

If by "dream yoga" you mean being awake in the astral plane and consciously investigating your defects, then yes. Most people, however, even when awakening in the astral plane, fall into fascination with illusions, and become diverted into investigating nonsense like seeking some "glorious" past life, or nosing into the private lives of others, etc.

Thank you for the information. What type of mediation is the best for reaching the illuminating void?

And in the article it states that during the entirety of the slumber meditation should be practiced by the student.

Does that mean that you can sleep and practice dream yoga( doing Fa Ra On mantra before falling asleep)

Does this count as meditation?
