Thank you very much Almustafa especially with the links. I live in an isolated place so internet is my source of information on my gnostic studies.

I have some practical concerns which, as I said need orientation for lack of gnostic centers here.

It is said that chakra vocalisation be done 1 hour daily to effectively awaken them. I do it up to 40 minutes, what are your thoughts?

VM Rabolu on Hercobulus book mentions his "death in motion" as he illustrates this with tree roots. In light with what VM Samael teaches on the proper way of eliminating the ego, is it true that VM Rabolus technique is effective or considered as much as VM Samael's? I ask this because I first started with the "death in motion". Sorry, VM Rabolu has inspired me a lot and I have this feeling that he wrote his works with great responsibility.

I still don't understand how the clariteleidoscope exercise should be done. Should I stare at my reflexion through the water at the very center of the bowl, or should I stare at the glass through the water, at the very center of the bowl, because the very center of the bowl has this magnified distortion effect, so I still don't know what to look and what not to look.

I have a partner, but it happens that she's home away for maybe three months, how should the vajroli mudra be done then, as a celibate? Could u please detail me : "prostate message, ....and firmly message sexual organs"

I work for about 80hrs/week. How does that influence my energy levels for AZF work especially that I have hard time catching up with practical gnosis and even meditation, can divinity help me out of this situation?

I don't know how to thank thee but, looking forward to contribute.
Anyways, thank you!

Forty minutes for mantralization is good, because it affords a considerable amount of time for investing oneself into the practice.

An hour is a tentative period, because it allows one to go deeper into concentration upon the mantra. What matters more than how long you sit is the quality of your mind and heart when practicing. However, if you can sit for an hour in full concentration and prayer, that is ideal.

Regarding the death in motion.

As for a clairteleidoscope, this is used by Gnostic medics to diagnose illnesses for sick patients. Is this something you are doing now?
In the systems of diagnosis of medical wisdom, the magician uses an apparatus called a clairteleidoscope in order to clairvoyantly observe the organism. This lens is constructed in the following way: Inside of a steel-tube of about twenty centimeters in length and five centimeters in diameter, two small crystal balls with stripes of blue, green, yellow and red colors must be inserted. This lens is for clairvoyance as the microscope is for the optical nerve of the medic.

This clairteleidoscope must be blessed with a branch from a pine tree and three fruits of “cadillo mono” must be hung from its sides like balls. The “cadillo mono” is a plant which grows one or two meters tall in Colombia.

The Gnostic medic will take the sick person into his healing sanctuary. Then, with his sixth sense and with the help of his clairteleidoscope, he will perform the corresponding exam of the organism. Thus, he will give an exact diagnosis.

Within this sanctuary, the young females will not need to undress their bodies. They will not entertain any passionate person. Neither will the women need to renounce their integrity in order to submit themselves to the exam of any sexually unsatisfied one, since here, only wisdom and respect will exist. -Samael Aun Weor, Esoteric Medicine and Practical Magic: "Diagnostic System"
Regarding the practice Nostradamus used to develop clairvoyance:
There seems to be a certain relationship between copper atoms and the pituitary gland. Some sages utilize the element copper to develop clairvoyance. Nostradamus remained hours gazing at the waters contained inside a receptacle of pure copper. This wise physician (Nostradamus) made prophecies that have come true with exactitude over time. The astrologists assure us that Venus influences the pituitary gland, and Venus also influences copper. Only this way can we comprehend the intimate relationship between copper and the pituitary gland. -Samael Aun Weor, Sexology: The Basis of Endocrinology and Criminology: "The Pituitary Gland"
Waters are a clairvoyant element, since they absorb the spiritual properties of copper and reflect those forces back and forth.

When you concentrate, focus on the waters, since they augment one's own clairvoyant capacities. Clairvoyance or imagination possesses an aqueous nature, which are limpid, reflective, and pristine when undisturbed by passion, or stormy, clouded, or confused when afflicted by anger.

Regarding the sacred rites and prostate massage: Vajroli Mudra: Sixth Rite

If you are not identified with the circumstances of life, you conserve and save creative energy. However, if you find it difficult to not identify with problems, then seriously consider reducing your activities and find the time to practice meditation. Divinity helps those who help themselves.

Without comprehension, we practice alchemy blindly. Therefore meditation is the prerequisite for deep alchemical practice.

We do not teach death in motion, because it does not work.

Whether or not Rabolu is a master, remember that even masters can make mistakes.

After reading the corrected link, which I have read in previous courses, I have to say there's a BIG confusion between Rabolu and Samaels system. Either are Rabolus literature fake, or he's another false master.

The text has nothing to do with the death in motion. The death in motion is not even mentioned.

I remember a text where Rabolu tried to pull out the students from this confusion because a lot is said about discovery, a lot is said about meditation, but less about elimination.

Elimination CAN'T happen overnight, its progressive and especially if you are single (another important parameter). Meaning that, we have to work upon the Elimination of current egos discovered, until eliminated in order to continue on with self- discovery and meditation. Eitherwise, there will be accumulation of non eliminated egos if everyday we discover/meditate all those egos.

With that said, if Rabolu is considered a master in gnostic circles, why are his teaching neglected? A question that will never have a conscious answer!

Here is the correct link to the lecture mentioned in the death in motion thread: https://glorian.org/learn/courses-and-lectures/lectures-by-samael-aun-weor/questions-about-the-elimination-of-the-ego

Dear Almustafa,
Then link you gave in "Regarding the death in motion." to discussion which also then leads to this link (answer) "https://gnosticteachings.org/lectures-by-samael-aun-weor/96-questions-about-the-elimination-of-the-ego.html" throws 404 error. Could you post a working link to that lecture?
Thanks!

The link of the death in motion doesn't exist, I just hope there isn't something controversial about VM Rabolus system.

Sorry, I didn't precise. I ment the exercise (GIA names it calls it clarteleidoscope) which you have a glass of water and you place a mirror underneath it, sometimes adding mercury in the water(which I don't). So, should one gaze at the reflexion (of the mirror) through the water, or should one look at the center of the glass ignoring the reflexion? The thing is, the very center of the glass has this magnified distortion effect.
