I navigate the world with majority intellect, however I’ve willfully been putting effort into seeing things with emotion and not just logic. I’ve gained control on my intellect, how I think. I still have little control on my emotions but I know how to work on it, but regarding instinctual and sexual brain, how can i discipline and train that center. I practice celibacy, but I need somewhere to channel that sexual energy. I also exercise, but that doesn’t seem like a rich way improve my instinctual brain.

If I took a guess, it would be to pick up something like knitting, dancing, learnings a new language, or yoga focused on balancing poses rather than meditation.

I’m the type of person who thinks about the location of the key before I type, who thinks where to put my foot when I dance, I don’t have this flow and I want to be more balanced, but unlike controlling emotions and intellect, this is a very difficult arena to train for myself. I assume it comes more natural for athletes.

Anyways 2 major questions
How to train/ grow/ discipline the motor mind?

How can one who practices celibacy, sobriety, and restraint on emotions channel that energy somewhere that exhausts it in positive transmutation. Specifically the sexual energy is the hardest, that can get locked in us for a long time and it wants to explode out us but doesn’t know how too.

If you are maintaining chastity, you should be practicing sexual transmutation, like paranayama, every day. That daily transmutation is essential to avoid becoming imbalanced.

Regarding the training of the instinctive brain, I would suggest some traditional martial arts, like Aikido, that emphasize balance of body and mind. I would not recommend modern martial arts that are particularly focused on physical strength and violence.
