Craving is a label for many egos that escape labels and definitions.
What does one crave in a given moment? Sex? Food? Attention? Money? Titles? Spiritual recognition? Affluence? Revenge?
You overcome craving when you comprehend it, first by discovering the ego in self-observation, secondly by meditating profoundly upon it, and then asking for elimination.
All of this entails a patient process as we learn to transform our psychology day by day. We need patience because we suffer and make mistakes. However, only the stubborn one refuses to change.
