Let us say, theoretically speaking, someone eliminates 49% of the ego at the time of the exodus. What happens in his case? What about those who eliminate less, like 30%, 25%? And what about those who really repent at the last second? Do these cases go to limbo, in order to advance there? Or are some allowed into the exodus?

The law is carried out by awakened beings which take into account all the circumstances.

All of us will die physically. Then, we when are dead, we will be judged in accordance with our actions. It is not a blind mechanical law. Everything is weighed and measured including the 'edge' cases. Everyone is viewed from their own circumstance. Some may get more time, others, may get none if they wasted what they were already given, etc., etc.
