Ive been feeling pain around my belly button area, especially when I rub It or touch it, I thought these were early signs of appendicitis, so I went to see the doctors today, took a blood test and thank god no signs of appendicitis, but he felt the area and said he feels something, so it could be hernia, I will go for an ultrasound to confirm this very soon. But I would like to know if the instructors know any natural ways to heal this instead of having to undergo surgery?
