This is not a technical issue, but rather an inquiry about a possible forum feature.

The forum which was active in between the transition of the previous version to this newer one, as a student we had the opportunity to ask our questions to the Gnostic instructors in a private setting via the ticket system, will this private feature ever be implemented again?
