Regarding pranayama techniques, is there any reason why one should not mix different types in a given day, e.g. HAM-SAH and Christic Egyptian Pranayama? For instance, doing HAM-SAH in the morning and CEP in the evening? I have noticed benefits from both types of pranayama and would be reluctant to give up one or the other unless there is some danger with practicing both.
Also, can I still benefit from pranayama if my visualization and imaginative skills are weak? As a beginner, I note that I have a lot of trouble imagining the energy rise and do not see much of anything when I try. I suppose this comes with meditation practice.
Thanks
