Meditation is fundamental when we sincerely yearn for change. Let us remember that Karma has four fundamental principles:
1) Cause and effect is certain
2) The effect is always greater than its cause
3) You cannot receive the consequence without committing its corresponding action
4) Once an action is formed, the consequence cannot be erased
However:
The Lion of the Law is fought with the Scale.
When an Inferior Law is transcended by a Superior Law, the Superior Law washes away the Inferior Law.
The solution to these two golden rules is found in a third which states:
Perform good deeds; thus you will pay your debts.
-Samael Aun Weor, The Zodiacal Course: Taurus
It is also important to remember the four requisites of the Magician, or the One Who initiates:
1) To know how to be silent
2) To know how to abstain
3) To know how to be serene
4) To know how to die
You will understand the nature of Karma, whether in the physical or internal worlds, through the art of creative comprehension in meditation and through spontaneous, intuitive action, free of dualistic conception. This is accomplished through vigilance, watchfulness and mindfulness. Learn to meditate on the causes of your suffering, and you will begin to comprehend the nature of Karma and right action.
