So I was taking Ginkgo Biloba extracts as in tea and capsules, for memory support and mental clarity!! but am also sure taking Healthy supplements in this tradition is more of a personal choice!! Am I right on this, since the goal of this supplements is to promote Health?
And how exactly does the remedy of eating honey, ground almond and acidic fruits, promote Health to the memory glands, is it STRENGTH or RE-GENARATION?
