Hello, I have been meditating every day for a year only missing a few days . About six months in, I started to experience tension and pain in my forehead and eyes. Sometimes my eyes twitch uncontrollably. I have not given up, but was wondering if there are any techniques to remedy this. Thank you so very much for all of the wisdom you have shared with me, it has challenged and aided me in ways indescribable.

I am not an expert on physiology or medical science, but you might want to consider visiting your physician. I've never experienced this problem, but if it is serious and is a cause for concern, a trip to your doctor might help. Visiting an acupuncturist or Ayurvedic doctor might offer alternative remedies. Just some suggestions for inquiry and investigation.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"

Thanks, I have been working very hard to get past this obstacle. I have changed my focus from my breath and nostrils to my whole being. It has helped tremendously. Some proper stretching before I sit to meditate seems to help as well. Thanks for the reply.
