Greetings,

Kind regards to everyone. What do I do about a dark shock, or something, that happens suddenly as I am about to fall asleep consciously?

I have recently been trying to practice Dream Yoga by falling asleep on my back and paying attention to my breath. I started this practice a few weeks ago, and every time that I would get close to falling asleep I suddenly wake up with terror. Months ago, without practicing dream yoga but just trying to fall asleep, I had similar experiences. Now, however, it is a definite thing that always occurs if I try to fall asleep consciously on my back, making Dream Yoga very difficult if not impossible.

After a few nights ago, when I started making an effort to practice Dream Yoga by falling asleep observing the breath, these dark shocks were making it impossible. It is difficult to describe what they are because they are different each time and they are easily forgettable like a dream. Sometimes, I feel like I am going into my Klipoth, sometimes it is just a jolt, others it is the feeling of an external entity. Once, I jolted up with the vague shape of a person made out of pure blackness/darkness standing directly over the side my bed looking at me.

So, the only thing that I knew to do was burn Sulfur. I then got sick, not from the Sulfur or anything, which made it difficult to practice the way I was. I am feeling better now and just made the first attempt to fall asleep consciously by focusing on the breath. I got a dark shock again and got pretty frustrated because I had completely forgotten about the problem.

I have reached the orgasm (a problem I am still working on), since last burning Sulfur, ergo creating more Succubi, but I would be surprised if Succubi can do something like this problem that I am experiencing.

Any advice that you can give would be much appreciated. Thank you for everything. Have a God day!

Sincerely,
Adam

Hello Everyone

Hope you are well! My dark shocks have never ceased, although I have implemented everything that I know to do, including your advice Almustafa. No disrespect intended. :)

These dark shocks are keeping me from meditating deeply, astral projecting, having peace.

At least I am not afraid of these "shadows" in my psyche as much.

I have a benign tumor on my pituitary gland, which as we know regulates drowsiness (I think). Hopefully, we can get it removed soon. Is it possible that this health issue is causing dark, very uncomfortable, ultimately unbearable road blocks in my meditation?

Just throwing out ideas.

Also, my body tenses up, and my attention is forced into my body which starts to feel like what I imagine a bit of hell feels like, as I get drowsy during my meditation/conscious sleeping. That is really the "dark shock" that I am referring to. Sometimes I just sit/lie with it, but there is really no point because the more I fight it the stronger it gets, even with prayers, mantras, conjurations, and deeper relaxation. Additionally, I get a craving for food after I jolt out of my meditation. Well, it is more like I want food to be comforted, supplemented, nourished, etc. by the energy that this tenebrous experience takes out of me, and it is stronger when I am moving into deeper meditation, regardless of whether I am meditating in a chair, lying on my side or back, and possibly even when I move deeper into my self-observation during the day. I am going to look for that.

No pun intended.

There is no need to fear the natural functioning of astral projection. We do so every night, albeit unconsciously. Why be afraid of breathing or the pumping of our heart? We do it all the time. The same with astral projection whenever we go to sleep.

As for negative forces, succubi, and entities, learn to protect your psychology, heart, and home:

Thank you, Almustafa. This advice has already started to help. :D

I am very grateful. You are in my prayers (all of you).

I had similar experience with dark human shaped figure standing near my bed like this post's author described.
I became semi-conscious during sleep, the moment you see dreams. I laid in the bed, in my physical body, still being in my astral body and saw this dark human shaped figure.
It was doing something to my right leg, like pulling it or something. I touched that figure (still being in my astral body) and it was cold to the touch. Then I physically woke up.
Could not do much more as I was not conscious enough that moment. It was something really new, as I never ever experienced something like that in my life.
It was very similar to the thing author of this post described (the human shaped thing near the bed/body).
Maybe some instructor can give more insight to this?

Thank you!

Many entities exist within the astral plane that are either an obstacle or a distraction. Learn to protect yourself from them:
