Dear instructors,

Studies the following Taoist text of the Yellow Emperor the following caught my attention:

“Its essence lies in frequently mounting young girls but never ejaculating.”

So it the modern times when I would date a woman(s) since your not sure if it s gonna work out for a long time relationship. When it comes to sex, if I would transmute my energies without being lustful. And let s say it doesn’t work out with us and I start dating some one new and while all the time keeping my transmutation practice.

Am I breaking any Natural Laws?
And am I benefiting my Being, since the text advises the emperor to mount multiple young girls ?

Do not have sexual relations with any woman until you comprehend, in meditation and internal experiences, that this is the person your divinity wants you to be with. This is why dating exists: so you can get to know the other person before you commit a serious mistake.

Also, you should be a gentleman and not approach your partner with lustful dominance. Conscious love develops through patience, charity, compassion, selflessness, and chastity.

If you look at the scriptural citation you provided, the original Chinese is ambiguous. Adultery is not accepted in our tradition. The problem is that many Taoist texts have ambivalent meaning, or have been outright corrupted. We do not recommend anyone go around "mounting young girls," because to lustful Westerners, this interpretation is a source of great suffering.

Sexual magic can only be practiced within legitimately constituted homes, says Samael Aun Weor. A legitimate home is established by your Innermost. If you do not know the will of your Being, then be patient until you do. Otherwise, acting on one's own desires will lead to problems.

As a student of TCM/ Chinese Medicine, I too was initially confused by that and other passages in Chinese texts I was reading in my first 1.5 years, mixed with one of my instructors often suggesting that we ask about whether a patient is married/ has a partner and frequency of sexual activity , especially if the patient was showing signs of fatigue or mental instability that might not match their medical history. From conversation with him, I discerned that he was implying that over-indulging in sexual intercourse, multiple partners, and solo/ masturbation (especially with orgasm) can lead to exhausting your Jing/pre-natal Qi or energy and mental instability. Also, I found the quotations by Lao Zi on the "list of Gnostics" and throughout this site, some differently/ properly translated from what I'd read, which helped clear up the doubts and missunderstandings of how I could apply what I was learning. I am very thankful for that being clarified.
