"When this Three in One, the Trinity, the Cosmic Christ, unfolds itself in order to create, it divides itself. It does so in it’s third aspect: the sephirah Binah."

A Gnostic instructor said the above quote, what immediately came to mind was the division of cells, which is strikingly similar, is this the same process at work?

The scientists have observed that in fact there are quite a complex set of instructions taking place deep within the cell while the division is taking place, yet much of it still remains a mystery. The communication that takes place between the many parts involved are truly extraordinary. What I hope to understand and unify in my mind is how the force of Binah relates to creation in all levels.
Binah [Intelligence] is the Holy Spirit; He is the Third Logos, the Lord Shiva of the Hindus, who manifests himself as sexual potency within everything which is, has been, and will be. The Holy Spirit is the sexual force we see within the pistils of flowers, which expresses itself through the creative organs of all living species. The Holy Spirit is a marvelous force without which the universe could not exist. - Tarot and Kabbalah by Samael Aun Weor

"Binah [Intelligence] is the Holy Spirit"

What would be the relationship between intelligence as Binah, and intelligence as the essence, the consciousness, which we sometimes refer to when talking about the elemental nature within the minerals, plants, animals and us?

V.M. Samael Aun Weor's words on the dynamics of Binah are simple and straightforward, yet the subject itself is clearly abstract, thank you Gnostic Instructor for sharing that quote with us.

Binah is the life that gestated and destroys any cosmos, the intelligence of all the gods and Buddhas, whereas the Essence is a spark of light with the potential for development within the four kingdoms of transmigration.

One learns to create with the intelligence of God through resurrection, whereas animal elementals are virginal sparks who learn and obey the commandments of the planetary Elohim.
