Does Christ somehow need monads to fail and go to hell to gain that experience also?
I'm wondering why some people have no spiritual drive and how to help them or to just accept that that's their karma and the way that they are.

Every humanity throughout the process of cosmic evolution develops ego to a minor degree. This is necessary for comprehending and conquering the left pillar of the tree of life, so as to acquire a level of objective reasoning.
The problem with us is that we went WAY beyond what was necessary and therefore entered the extremities of evil. Christ does not need that from us to gain objective knowledge.
