I was recently listening the lecture series on compassion. We are urged by instructors to push our meditation practice as much as possible. At different points, the instructor mentions that these will be considered relatively "easy" times to progress our practice as opposed to the issues that we will face in the future. I am wondering what types of adversities we will be up against. As a younger man with a child, I would like to know what I am up against. I am always trying to be prepared for any issues in my life through self-observation, meditation and calling on divinity when I need help. But I can't help but be curious what exactly these future times could look like, and how far into the future we can expect such a reality?
Thank you.
Thank you.
