I decided to make Gnosis central to my life a few years ago.

After applying myself in a serious way, I not only gained some profound mystical experiences but saw positive changes in my day-to-day life, too. Difficult situations somehow resolve themselves and difficult people would go away after I’ve examined what in me could have brought them into my life. I can say that I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE that practices such as Retrospection and Meditation Upon an Ego yield serious results.

The greatest gift for me is the realisation that we all have the power to not be in the grip of anger, fear…etc and we have the power to create a more harmonious environment for ourselves. There’ll inevitably be more tough situations to face, but that’s part of the learning and growth.

I am really grateful for the resources that are available on this site especially the lectures. There are times when I need a little boost (the work isn’t exactly a joy) and I always find something that puts me back on track.

My “favourite” lectures are: Retrospection Meditation Explained, The Meditation series, The Fuel for Spiritual Experience

The concepts are well-explained and I appreciate how the lecturers draw upon the teachings of many traditions.

Thank you so much, GnosticTeachings.org and GnosticRadio.org people.

Peace be with everyone.
