Now, these Question might be a rhetorical question, but; how would you know, when Lust is pushing you to either "fornicate, (spilling the semen) or if it is Adultery pushing you to fornicate, I mean they're all capital sins, but I feel Lust is in the field of Masturbating, Watching pornographic videos or looking at people with desire/lust, and then Adultery on the other hand would be more of, "the desire to actually have sexual intercourse with people", (chasing different people and having sex with them). I mean that is my take on these, I could be wrong, so how to know which "ego" is pushing you, "lust" or (Adultery)?
OKAY thanks.

Lust is adultery, because it adulterates the natural sexual impulse through attachment, craving, and desire.

"Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart." -Matthew 5:27-28
