Already having an altar with various objects set up, could we charge them all at once or should we do this to each item one by one?

As for a sword set up on the altar would a Tibetan phurba dagger be acceptable? This item does not have sharp edges on its blades.

Sprinkling the salt in the triangle formation, does it matter if it's not a perfectly sealed triangle, only using a small amount?
