I rarely feel hunger and I know that I could eat better food and on a more regular basis.
Problem is that I have to force myself to do so. Even if I don't feel the sensation of hunger
a lot, I still feel the other physical effects like feeling faint, knowing that I would fall apart
if I don't eat. I have been and is still capable of eating mountains of food without gaining
a single pound, especially when I used to run and to other kinds of exercises, that would
basically drain all of my income, just to sustain myself. Now when the situation is like now
I cannot afford such a lifestyle. So I'm wondering if there's some kind of foods that effectively
increases our vitality?
