It sucks.

Pranayamas are not working, conscious concentration - up to 2-3 seconds.
Body is tense. Sleep is bad.

Thoughts run all over the place.

If I get to more complicated situation or I get to use some complicated device (like PC) after some time I have no idea what I am doing.

Tried a lot of mind focusing techniques - mantras, watching hands, eyes, breath or repeating current actions in loudly mind.

What can I do apart concentration practices?

Start to pay attention to the details in each moment, both inside and outside. Slow down. Look carefully at everything, noticing the distance between what you perceive and the inner source of perception. Become aware of the difference between attention and thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Deepen and extend the awareness of that distinction.

Chant a mantra all the time, alongside everything else you do. In this case, I recommend you pick one of these:

S M Hon

Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate Bodhi Swaha

Do not consume caffeine or sugar of any kind.

Most of all, pray continually, and use your imagination to feel the presence of your inner divinity.

Be patient, Genuine change is slow.
