Meditation is the most effective way to access the origin of our defects. Although, I am very confident of a certain defect that I have now, which stems from my childhood. I have not meditated on this, but this is not a defect from a past life, I am fully aware and I feel the origin, as I remember those comments made towards me and how they made me feel and how that affects my behaviour. So is this enough to beseech to my divine mother to annihilate this defect? As I feel I comprehend it.

Thank you

Observation is not enough. Meditation is necessary.
