When it is said, one has to create the solar bodies,for example the mental body, causal and the body of will for instance, how do you go about doing that? For example we have the physical body already and also on top of that we have the vital body, and also the astral already, so all we would have to work upon is awakening them by means of sexual magic through (transmutation via pranayama, raising the Kundalini and awakening our potential powers) now comes where we have to quote "create" the mental body", does these mean that we do not posses the mental, causal and the body of will yet or do we already have them and all we have to do is awaken them to there fullest potentials, and if we had to create them are they born out of a women just like the physical did at some point; the point is what are the hands on steps of creating these bodies?
