After this manner therefore pray ye when being tempted:
Our Father [Binah] which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name [יהוה אלהים] .
Thy kingdom come [through Gedulah].
Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven [Tiphereth].
Give us this day [in Netzach] our daily bread.
And [in Hod] forgive us our [karmic] debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And [in Yesod, let lucifer, your shadow] lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:
For thine [oh Iod-Havah Elohim] is the kingdom [Malkuth], and the power [Geburah], and the glory [Hod], for ever. Amen.
