First, thank you for your sacrifice.
Reading and browsing through the website, i got an idea.
It would be very helpfull, if all practical excersizes were joined in one specific subject/theme. In that subject/theme you (instructors) could
sugest different "workouts" (schedules) based on importance, experiance and time. A daily schedule if you will.
For example:
A person is a begginer (experiance) with 3 daily hours (time) to spare. With which excersizes would those 3 hours be best spend to acchive maximum
efect to his/her s spiritual development?
Why would this be helpfull?
Because, this knowledge can be overwhelming and sometimes it is confusing (because we are a sleep) to see what excersises are the most important or
with what excersises should one begin with. Example: Sexual magic without psychological equlibrium is not recomended as i understand it. So how to acchive psychological equlibrium?
Think of it as a sort of spiritual workout schedule. I hope i expressed myself clearly enough.
