Dear instructors,
I have a dilemma that I am facing. Before I was taking “medicinal” cannabis that helped me with many symptoms of ibs. Namely my digestion and energy levels had improved and stabilized. But upon reading on the website that it does not benefit the spirit and hinders the initiate to any progress I stopped the cannabis use.
Now the symptoms have returned and mentally and also physical I fee fatigued as before usage.
My question is it oké if it makes you physically better ?
Or beter to try and find different solution to my problem? So far nothing has been as effective( tibetan medicine herbs + diet + chastity)

In synthesis, marijuana will serve as an obstacle to your spiritual development. See why:

Thank you very much. That's exactly how i felt about it. I rather 'suffer' a bit and find the natural and Right way of dealing with this problem. Although I already made some great progress doing the White Vajroli Mudra max 3 times. Also meditating for 20 minutes after the Vajroli. My question is do you know a mediation way for someone who is energetically on the level of someone who is healthy and vital? A style that is suitable for me.
