Hello Gnostic instructors
In the practice of Mo Chao, what is an effective way of "letting go" of thoughts, conversations, images, planning, pretty much everything that comes to the screen of the mind? I am able to relax the body and the emotions, but the thoughts usually like to stay (even after a lot of relaxation, pranayama)...
Should I imagine them burning, or floating away, or with time the mind gets exhausted and these thoughts cease naturally?
Thank you sincerely!

Observe your mind, the chain of associative thinking, without identifying with any of its content.

As you observe with serenity, awareness, and concentration upon your true nature (the essence), you can watch the mind and see it for what it is.

Let the murkiness settle on its own. If you thrash the waters, the mud mixes with the pond so that you cannot see. But let the dirt settle to the bottom and you will gain clarity, self-reflection, imaginative states, etc.
