I have questions related to astral projection. I have been working very hard with concentration and imagination in the last week. I have been able to build more pliancy in the body to completely work up to a state of Samadhi and the more I work with it the more I learn about the tree of life. I was never able to go to sleep and completely observe all the phenomena in the body and then leave the body consciously.

I usually have astral projections when I fall asleep and then get jolted awake right as I was leaving. The intense sound of the vibrations of the body separating from the physical body wakes the consciousness up. Usually I pray for help to leave the body and that has helped. Now that I am experiencing a deeper state of pliancy, I tried last night to see if I could astral project from that state as I meditated in bed. I wasn’t able to project.

So, could this be a karmic thing that I can’t completely project at will yet? Or is this a lesson I have to learn to figure out how to let go of the physical body? I did try the mantra Fa Ra On and imagined the pyramids. I got the sense that we have to feel that we are in the astral plane. I have had experiences in the astral of when I thought of the physical body it brings me back on accident. So maybe it works in the same way but in an opposite manner. As I imagined the pyramids, I could actually start to see them at one point very close like I was right next to them. Do we need to place our mental body and emotional body into the astral in order to project? Any suggestions that would help in regard to this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Learning to project at will takes practice and experience.

The more familiar you are with that state, the less it terrifies or disturbs. Finally, we learn to astral project and induce that state of consciousness at will, because one does not stop practicing no matter what.

Sometimes we are not allowed to have conscious experiences due to karma and the will of the Being.

There are times when the veil covers our eyes, and when they are opened. These are the lights and dark nights of the soul.

Yes, you are performing the visualizations correctly. Imagine the pyramids, that you are actually THERE. Don't imagine that you are imagining. See yourself there, and will falling asleep, you will go there in the astral body.

Ok. I will keep practicing to gain the experience if its the will of the Innermost. Thank you very much, Almustafa.
