We must teach our children to tell the truth and nothing but the truth. We must teach our children the law of love. Love is law, but conscious love. About the age of fourteen we must teach our children the mysteries of sex. Therefore, based upon this triple aspect of sanctity and perfection, our children will grow spiritually. However, be aware Samael Aun Weor wrote that passage in the 1950's. Studies are showing children are entering puberty earlier and earlier as time goes on, due to a number of environmental factors. As such, it may be necessary to start talking about the mysteries of sex earlier (or later), depending on the needs of your children.

What is important is to protect your child from falling into mistakes, such as masturbation, which might mean you need to preempt the perverted sexual education that they can learn in the classrooms or from their peers.

The brain is seminally nourished by the transmutation of the sexual energy, by the sublimation of the sexual energy, by transforming it into cerebral potency. Thus, sexual transmutation is the way to cerebrally nourish the semen and to seminally nourish the brain.
