Thank you! I have a couple more questions about this. Can you bless a batch of them to give to other people? Or should it be done on a daily basis every time we go to eat them?
1. Do we need to bless each berry seperatly?
2. Is there a temporal decay to blessings? If we want to give others some berries, can I bless them and give them to people a week later, or does the blessing have to be fresh?

Generally when working with elementals, we perform the blessing and prayer daily in order to ensure the most effective outcome. In the case of medicine that you provide to someone to take away, that is not necessary.

To clarify please, we are talking about dried juniper berries, yes? I reckon no one has access to fresh juniper berries at this time of year.
