Greetings
So for several years now I have been feeling constant headaches and acute depression. I found out these are linked to low levels of testosterone and dopamine? Is there a way to increase dopamine levels in the brain? Is there a meditation practice to do that?? Or is there a pranayama exercise to increase dopamine levels??

Modern doctors have it backwards. The chemistry of the brain is not the CAUSE of psychological problems, it is the RESULT of psychological problems. If you fix the psychological causes, the chemistry of the brain is restored.

The headaches and depression have psychological causes that you can discover by self-observation and meditation.

Study this:

“Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what each man wishes, that he also believes.” —Demosthenes

"Do not worry; cultivate the habit of being happy." —Samael Aun Weor
