So I was wondering, let us say one is progressing very good on the path of self-realization: one has acquired the basic skills and the basic training needed to gain the ultimate liberation. But on the other hand, let us say the aspirant has not yet mastered the technique of meditation, how far can the aspirant, on the path get?, In means of elimination of the ego, we know that one needs a women to enter the initiation's of major mysterie's, but how much masterly in the practice of meditation does one need to master in order to ascend on the path of the initiate's?.

Meditation combined with alchemy takes us to the heights.

Lack of meditation is a serious hindrance for advancement.


I have an extremely stubborn memory about a trauma that happened in the past. I could try to move on by sending a final letting go letter to the one who wronged me, which may cause me to easily forget the experience.

Is it better for me to have a vivid memory and a lot of resistance to a situation in order meditate on it thoroughly? I suppose if I forget about it then I wouldn't be able to find it as easily.
