V.M Samael Aun Weor said comprehending an ego intellectually is not enough. We must comprehend them in all levels. What are the other levels he's talking about? And, can you give an example how that is done? For example I have sexual lust. I understand intellectually it may be due to my desire for union, loneliness etc. But, this realization is not enough to disintegrate this ego. To disintegrate this ego what else must be understood and what must be done? Is invoking the Divine mother to disintegrate it enough? Because I have tried and I still have the same problem.
