I seem to recall hearing one of the instructors say that the Bible states that one who is damaged in the sexual organs cannot practice sexual alchemy. If this is so, how much of a hindrance is having a circumcised phallus?
It is not a hindrance. The damage referred to in the Bible is that which causes the organs to not function.
