I recall reading about how some extraterrestrials caused the black out....how they are self realized. If this is the case why dont they shut down the nuclear weapons and take over the government to start making a positive and quick impact. I know this would sound hard to a regular terrestrial being but these individuals could definitely do it. Maybe this has already started to happen ? ......can the nuclear weapons be shut down?

However, extraterrestrials are not tyrants and respect our will. They know the karma of our Aryan root race, which must be paid with exactitude, and that our humanity must be eliminated through great cataclysms.
