. These different schools that approach him or her , if these schools say there is a certain deadline in witch you can fully develop or enter the school .. and if one is past this deadline its too late for him or her . should one listen to this...

Each of us has our own "deadline" determined by our own actions. Anyone who sets a deadline "date" is just using fear to manipulate people.
