Hi I am looking for some clear guidance.
Does practicing the Buddhist inner fire vase breathing technique on nights NOT performing Sexual Alchemy, prevent or hinder the alchemical process of the awakening of the Kundalini?
I feel like I need to ask someone with more experience, since if this technique utilises the inner fire, then is it possible it could interfere with the Divine Mother’s alchemical process with the full awakening of the kundalini fire?
Lastly the reason I use that technique is because it has been the most effective form of pranayama/breathing technique that prevents nightly falls on nights not performing alchemy.(I understand this doesn’t remove lust, only comprehension and death eliminates lust).
If I need to drop this technique I will, so could you please help guide me in the right direction.
