I apologize if this has been asked millions of times - I tried searching "start" and other terms and didn't see any threads that answered it.
I am just wondering where to really "start"
I have been interested in gnosis for several years, and have studied material here on the site. I have listened to many podcasts. I also have purchased quite a few books and read several of them.
That being said, I still feel a bit lost on where to begin with a daily practice, and how to look at progressively building upon it.
There is just so much information, and so many different areas of study - and I feel that they are so interrelated. It just makes me feel like I don't really understand any of them very well, and I am not sure how to really focus on beginning a practice and study that will lead to real growth in understanding and experience.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, this is very helpful
Could you possibly recommend any specific practices that could be especially beneficial to work on as well?
I have been doing regular meditation, but if there are any beginner practices that may help me grow in addition to following my breath I would love to start integrating them into my daily routine as well.
Thank you so much for the help.
