Hello, for the reason that my wife lives in El Salvador and I live in the US I cannot practice sexual magic. I rely on meditation, mantras, pranayama, etc. for internal work. There is a sensation I get when I'm in profound meditation that honestly makes me want to move and distracts my meditation. The sensation I get is like if the left side of my neck and shoulder area is on fire and when I try ignoring it and not moving at all, it gets very intence to the point that it feels like actual fire. What can this sensation be? What can I do to consentrate on my meditation better? May you guys recieve much dahrma for all the help you give out, thank you.
Thank you so much for answering this question. I sure will.

When we meditate, our asana (posture) should be as firm as a mountain, to quote the Master Sivananda. Therefore, whatever happens, remain in your asana and continue the meditation. Do not move or disrupt the flow of contemplation. Many strange sensations may arise as a result of our practice. You will come to understand them more profoundly by observing them, watching how they sustain, and finally pass away. In meditation we must learn to forget the body. Do not let it distract you.

When a disciple approached the Master Milarepa about experiences he had in meditation, Milarepa simply responded each time, "Keep meditating. Observe yourself." Many things will happen in our practice, oftentimes beyond our understanding, but if you persevere in the practice and do not allow your mind and body to distract you, you will arrive at the gates of creative comprehension and the amphitheater of cosmic science.
